Helping kids develop healthy, independent sleep skills they will take with them throughout their lives is my absolute passion. And I love sharing in the relief and joy parents feel when everyone is finally sleeping in their own beds and through the night.
Since 2015, I’ve helped more than 500 children aged 0-12 learn to sleep through the night. I now work exclusively with kids aged 6-12 who can’t sleep alone, either due to new bedtime worries and fears, or a long-standing habit. My absolute favourite thing is seeing a child’s genuine self-esteem and pride surge from feeling confident and secure in their own beds.
