Confident Sleepers
the big kids’ bedtime-anxiety program
It’s heartbreaking when your child has anxiety at bedtime or is unable to sleep through the night. Fear of sleeping alone can limit a child’s social life and self confidence. It can keep you housebound every evening without time to yourself. Often it seems easier to just let them sleep in your bed.
But along with disrupting your sleep, research shows that chronic bed-sharing decreases the total sleep hours a child gets each night, which affects daytime emotional regulation and learning ability. It can even contribute to bedwetting.
That’s why I created the Confident Sleepers Program for kids aged 6-12.
In this 6-week program, we’ll use strategies designed to work with your child’s interests and level of development to help them understand their bedtime fears, develop a true sense of security and kiss their nighttime anxiety goodnight. Here’s what the program includes:
A 90-minute zoom meeting with you and your child to kick things off
A customized, confidence-building bedtime program
6 weeks of weekly zoom check-ins with you and your child
Phone/email check-ins with Mom or Dad whenever needed
The investment: $795
(or 3 instalments of $265)
the result:
After about 6 weeks, your child has the confidence and comfort to say goodnight and fall asleep independently, sleep through the night (every night), and wake up rested and feeling proud of themselves.
You get a couple of quiet evening hours to yourself and a full night’s sleep (every night!).
