Since 2015, I’ve helped hundreds of children learn to sleep confidently through the night. I now work exclusively with kids aged 6-12 who struggle to sleep alone, either due to new bedtime worries and fears, or a long-standing habit. My absolute favourite thing is seeing a child’s genuine self-esteem and pride surge from feeling confident and secure in their own beds.
